/EIN News/ -- The Canadian Ninja League (CNL) opens its doors on Oct 27, 2018 for its inaugural competition at the grand opening of the new COR.FIT located at 77 Edmonton Trail NE, Calgary, Alberta.

“What’s really exciting about this is that for the first time ever Canadian athletes won’t need to look south of the border to find opportunities to train and compete in world class Ninja Warrior competitions,” says COR.FIT owner Kevin Halliday. “They will finally be able to find the challenge they are looking for right here at home.”

The CNL will bring Canadian Ninjas to the worldwide competition level. The CNL will be hosting the Canadian Championship in 2019 where finalists can move on to UNAA World Championships.

For anyone interested in the training and health aspects of the Ninja Warrior phenomenon, the CNL is currently in negotiations with a national chain to create Ninja Warrior training programs for all ages, genders and skill levels across the country.

The grand opening event runs from 12:00pm – 5:00pm and will feature a fun Ninja competition open to athletes ages 7 and up for boys and girls. Come play on some Ninja obstacles, also on hand speak with Ninja athletes who compete at the world's level, or simply come cheer on our Canadian Ninjas and be part of the growing community!
