LEWES — The Unitarian Universalists of Southern Delaware will host a forum, “Addressing Racism Through Criminal (In)Justice Reform,” at 6:30 p.m. April 18 at 30486 Lewes Georgetown Highway.
It is free and open to the public.
Susan Goekler, chair of the congregation’s Social & Environmental Justice Committee, said that, during the event, speakers with Delaware-specific knowledge will discuss opportunities to influence legislative and structural changes.
The Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice, the Smart Justice/Clean Slate initiative, the Campaign to End Debtors’ Prison and other groups will partner on this forum.
