U/14 Tennis Players To Compete In El Salvador
The Bermuda Lawn Tennis Association [BLTA] have sent a Boys under 14 team to compete in the International Tennis Federation [ITF] World Junior Tennis Competition being held in San Salvador, El Salvador, with competition due to take place from March 11th-16th.
The Bermuda Team consists of Ricky [Trey] Mallory, Benjamin Jones, Nicholas Cooper and Coach Gavin Manders, and they arrive this evening in El Salvador. They will be playing at the Federacion Salvadorena de Tennis.
This is an ITF Team Championship for the North/Central American and Caribbean Zone.
Countries competing in the event include Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Costa Rica, Curacao, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, Trinidad & Tobago and US Virgin Islands.
The Captains meeting will take place tomorrow along with the draw.
